1. I will not be able to publish mass eMailings and update the web site calendar during 3rd - 17th of August. If you have any announcements or calendar information please get the information to me as soon as possible. Mike Peterson.

2. Jr. High and Jr. Camp are coming up soon. Jr. High Camp is Aug. 13-15 in Victorville at the Albin’s property. Jr. Camp is Aug 27-29 at Buckhorn.

3. A Memorial Service for Faythe Fisher will be held at the El Cajon Congregation, 115 Cajon View Dr., El Cajon, CA 92020, phone number 619-442-1516, on Saturday, 7 August 2010 at 3:30 PM. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community of Christ, El Cajon Congregation.

4. Once again the SPEC staff is dedicated to publishing daily photos every night. We encourage parents and friends to review the photos daily and send positive up-lifting text messages to the kids during the week and let them know that you've seen them. Starting Sunday July 25th, daily photos will begin to be available for viewing. SPEC Pictures.

5. Based on an overwhelmingly favorable response from the personal evaluations completed at our recent joint Reunion, we are announcing that our two mission centers will again join together next year for Reunion July 8-15, 2011. Please share this news widely and encourage people to mark their calendars now. Of the respondents, more than 90% either favored or strongly favored combining our experience next year. We were truly blessed at the 2010 Reunion by the spirit of unity and cooperation (flexibility, too J) and look forward to another mountaintop experience together next year. Please spread the word!
